video mining? A simple sexy video mesh up site says all.
www.guysNroses.com (funny name) is a site with some really hot sexy videos. There post 5 videos found on Internet daily and my favorite is the Napster girl teasing. The videos are a blend of professional and amature including webcam girls. No porns if that is what you are looking for. Youtube was down last night so I can not see shit up there I guess boat load of videos are embedded links from youtube.com. But well, I think any videos you can find on Internet have already found their ways in youtube anyway. So it might just be easier to crawl only youtube.com.
I was wondering how many other sites out there doing the video data mining? Mostly they are cost intensive destination sites, others are v-blog. Would love to see the other sites doing shit like simply hired does to job market.

My Indian development team
Finally I am able to spot an excellent Indian S/W team who has began to work on my project. No more English problems, no more "can't reach anyone" problem, communication is great. So far, I have two engineers, one designer, one project manager, one business manager working with me. Excellent start.

S/W development outsourcing
Yes, this is the subject I am referring to. It can be troublesome. Romanian team that I sub-contracted to can not deliver on time, yet, there is no valid legal action to make them concur to the signed contract. When things move smoothly, everything is ok with outsourcing, low cost and stuff. When things are gone bad, outsourcing can be really frustrating and even costing huge market opportunity. My experience with Romanian team is really bad, not sure about Indian yet.
Father and daughter
That is about Jane and henry Fonda. I have been reading "my life so far" for a while. While it's not hard to be moved by any page of the book I turn to, I find following ultimately touching:

I watching the wind blowing
It's a late summer afternoon, Californian warm, and wind is picking up, looking at the way the leaves waving out of my window I know it's at about 15 miles wind on sea which is perfect for windsurfing, with a big sail catching the wind, I will pulled off the water and fly...but it's 5pm afterwork rush traffic, it would take me 2 hrs to get to Berkeley marina.
Rocketboom and joanne colan
I have to say that I am impressed with rocketboom, a few weeks after Amanda was gone. Joanne colan, the girl with English accent who speaks perfect French is the new host. The witty rocketboom style has not changed, maybe Andrew IS the sole brain behind rocketboom? Their traffic has jumped quickly recently. The programme is still as attractive as before. Ummmm...
Clarisse
Like Gaia from two years ago, here came Clarisse.
Gaia is a little bit prettier, she is kinda irish american, with a dark spin, she has deep blue eyes you only find from most beautiful Russian girls. She is a bit gothic, she would be 25 yrs now. She would look into my eyes from the other end of the room, she would be in white skirt, she would let me spin her, like what Clarisse lets me do.
Clarisse is not perfectly pretty. She is French french, dark brown hair, unusual bright blue eyes, (as you can see, I love blue eyes). What wins me over is her personality and connection between her and I. We would do little things like sign gestures, body languages when we danced in a noisy club, she would pick a small pc of ice cube and throw in my shirt and gave me a cool shock, she would, again, stuff the ice cube into my mouth, she would take my palm and write on it, when it's too loud, or just for the hell of fun. She would let me touch her gentally, she has what women have that craze men, nice and curvy, soft but firm. She is friendly, faithful, purposeful, worldly, she is not a party girl, she is a best girlfriend a man can find. The moment she put on a prom queen crown found from ages ago, she looks like one, so beautiful. Her travel plan has already scheduled to next summer. That is all she knows for sure, for now.
I feel lucky, knowing her.
BASTILLE day
It's about France for a week. World cup, Zidane, Clarisse, Eloi, French national day. Mostly, it's about Clarisse.
We were sitting in the living room of Nando's rental house, a 1920 spanish style in a quiet berkeley neighborhood. By the way, it has a huge basement where Nando once held a party for 300 people, the house litterally exploded!! Clarisse was talking about her plan for travelling the world. I slowly ran my finger through her hair, giving her a litte finger massage on her forehead, she made a little groaning sound, enjoying the relaxation it brought her. It was a beautiful thing, to touch her face gentally. Clarisse took my heart, without knowing it.

I love the music, the play. What a sad endding that Zidane put himself into. Nevertheless, I still think people will love him more, just because he is not super man, he is real.

World cup weekend: Clarisse, Eloi and Chris
I knew Eloi and Chris through windsurfing. Eloi is a 22 yrs old French Intern boy who is very very handsome (even as a guy, I would have to agree), girls are naturally drawn to him. He and I hitted off immediately on the July 4th watching fireworks with a few other windsurfers/sailers on the roof of club house. We took photos, danced and sang like idiots that night. Then came Chris, the 6'4 Swiss boy that has this boy next door look, blue eyes, dirty blonde hair just like an all american. Three of us went silly last Friday while singing to the guiter player Edie, another deep blue eyed, blonde hair boy from Argentina, he claimed he has all the advantage with ladies by being a charming blondie, from a latin county with funny accent. We later ran into Elizabath, the English girl with nice figure and two other guys from cal adventure, one of them has a small kil boat by the bay. So Chris, Eloi, Elizabath and me went onto his boat to smoke some pod (my first time pod smoking) and chill out. Elizabath jumped into the cold bay water in her thong and Chris followed with nothing on!!! .... anyways, Chris wanted Elizabath badly. Chris is so straigtforward about his sexual desire for pretty women that I honestly feel he wants it more than I do, lol. We talked about the differences between women and men, how shallow men can be because we will accept any decent looking women's proposal to have sex, while decent looking women will never do the same thing. It was late Sat night, we decided to head to French quarter to watch world cup final on Sunday. I eventuall crashed at Chris place at Berkeley, after ending a stupid drunk guy's car chase through smart decision making.
Then it came Clarisse.
Clarisse is the french girl who went to the same high school as Eloi, guess what, they bumped into each other at Berkeley a couple days ago!! Can world be any smaller?
What should I say about Clarisse? She is different, even the womenizer like Eloi thinks she is pure, way pure and decent than any other hot women we met at French quarter. She has unusal blue eyes and tanned skin. She learned Chinese but can only count to 6, lol. Of course she has a boy friend somewhere in the world. Eloi saw she was teasing me and said:"it's a good sign when she teases you", lol. We went from stranger like to be quite comfortable with each other, I was asking her:"I want to spend an afternoon with you, how do I ask", she said:"you don't ask like that, you would ask me for my hobbies, like I want to visit asian art museum. Then you go from there". We went back to marina to see if we still have energy to windsurf, which we did not. BBQ sounded better, she luved the cheese salad and keep eating small pieces of buns while three of us were chewing piles of susages. She would peel a small pcs of bun and eat, leave the rest alone. "who is gonna eat your leftover?" I teased her. She made a face to me. Minutes later, the bun was gone, "you ate the whole bun!" I said. "not yet", she said in that cute French accent. Out of no where, she held the tiny pcs of bun left and put in my mouth. "Now, it's gone". She said. That was sweet.
Four of us will go to city for French national day this weekend. I look forward to seeing them, especially Clarisse.

I was wondering if it's just me, I noticed Germany's coaches always wear this really nice dress shirts in this world cup, the second to none. Or, Dutch coaches also wear similar style. It looks really good. These europeans!
Myspace
I have started adding friends to my myspace account as part of preparation for launching out my site. My goal is to have 1000 friends before end of Aug. One of the girl I am adding has this title line:

Amazing ants
It's a windy sunny afternoon about 6pm, I was going out to a soccer game. Before stepping out of my door pad, I noticed this ARMY of ants transporting stuff from once side of the concrete ground to another, This is definetely something unusual of, so I took time to examine just exactly what they are carrying. Each ant carries a little white thing about size of its head, something like a big pollen, I tried to take that off an ant, but she is so reluctant to let it go, I took it off her, she stepped away, then ran back to the white thing, tried to take it back, I picked up the white thing to see what it looks; then Susan showed up: "I am watering the plants so it is flooding their home, they must be rescuing their babies!". That must be it. The white thing does look like something with a life, with its body transparent. So tiny that it's hard to tell it's about to come out to this world. Oh ants, what amazing thing!
