hamon-washoku: art of cuisine

Wedding does not come often, and here it is: I am married! My private wedding! hamon-washoku
became of choice of wedding dinner after much of careful thinking.

I had doubts. The first impression was great: the person answering phone simply said:"we would love to have you join us for your wedding dinner": I felt wanted. While calling Yosi upon reservation, it was cold, impersonal on the other end of telephone line: it was a pure commercial conversation. Bobby Chang later described his philosophy of serving: tell the story, share the story. Doing that will leave the mark, people will remember.

Once sitting down, us and our eyes were caught by the show put upon by the Master Sushi chef and Crispy, quick handed sous chef. Bobby came by, gave us a full bottle of house Sake for free, one of the only 500 bottles ever made. One sip of cold sake almost sent me into heaven, it was mild yet convincing, it has an unique texture I had never tasted before from Sake: round, flowing like the mixture of natural honey, it did not come across as a sake right away, rather, it sits, waits until it reaches your throat, then fired a distinctive sake flavor. Now that is the art of sake.

Bobby Chang is an elegant man: he founded the popular iphone accessories company incase, which I happened to have it as my iphone case. Once hearing I had a new iphone 3g, he popped out a surprising gift: an iphone 3g power glider, its retail price is more than all the crystally beautiful sushis we have tasted at his hamon-washoku, yet, it's not over. "I am not trying to boasting about myself, but I am becoming a master Golf trainer, which was derived from the training philosophy that I discovered". Pro golfer, founder of a highly successful company, and resturanter of his own kind, Bobby does not sleep. In turn, he made our wedding dinner a truely splendid one. yes, we will talk again.
