I watching the wind blowing

It's a late summer afternoon, Californian warm, and wind is picking up, looking at the way the leaves waving out of my window I know it's at about 15 miles wind on sea which is perfect for windsurfing, with a big sail catching the wind, I will pulled off the water and fly...but it's 5pm afterwork rush traffic, it would take me 2 hrs to get to Berkeley marina.
