An early look back on 2009

2009 is almost gone, it's really the fastest passing year ever. In this year, I found my love, got married; then went heart broken separating from her, I am wounded, hurt, and not ready to move on. This year, I am doing good at my company, which is growing extremely fast; But I know it's not my calling. I started with researching twitter in depth and in turn, it taught me what matters in startup project and slowly but surely established my own vision, one has to have a vision before starting anything. With that vision, I am progressing forward to translate that into something more concrete. We had a rough private beta out, then we went back to the drawing board. It's important to keep adjusting till it's polished. Looking at my friends, most of them start to see the sweet success from years of hard work. In general, it takes about 2 to 3 years for an on-track startup to show the results, 2009 is the year. In 2009, I made my parents happy by marrying the girl I thought would be the love of my life, then love went away faster than it came by. Parents are aging and I can tell their anxiety. But I have to be true to myself. First and foremost.

What lies ahead? 2010. A decade is gone by after I completed my school and went through my youth. I know I need to hurry up.
