Finally, I had my "plastic" surgery done (close enough;) it took an entire day of Friday. It's quite an experience. May 20, 2005, I shall never forget.

While I watched four movies including lord of ring the fellowship, I also discovered the social hiararchy in everyday working America. Markting, sales is usually Americans, for that I mean whites. For less attractive job but still public oriented, you find European immegrants where Russian girls is everywhere, they might have accent, but their looks are more acceptable to public and that somehow compliment lack of English skill. Engineering team is often filled up with Chinese and indian. Doctors are white and asians. Nurses has to be R.A. usually educated Asians. Medical assistants, domestic cares are usually provided by Philipinos who recently immigrated.
