A right amount of work out
Sometimes, just a bit of work out would be right on for your body and mind. Like today's west coast swing dance that I have missed for two weeks. I have been hesitant to go every time, amazingly, each time I went, it felt good when it's done, especially when I didn't indulge myself too much. That is, stop when you are most comfortable, because, everything else will go downhill after that. It's true, I felt energetic, refreshed, ready to do a bit of work when I got home.Always take extra step.
But, Never indulge!
